We are delighted to announce our upcoming webinar, with the title "Narratives as a window onto the mind", held by Prof Dr. Roel Willems.

Humans are drawn to narratives in childhood as much as in adulthood. In his work, Prof. Roel Willems have used narratives as a tool to study the cognitive and neural basis of mental simulation. My talk will address two topics.

In the webinar, our speaker will show how they investigate mental simulation during narrative comprehension using empirical methods (e.g. eyetracking, fMRI).

Second, he will show how we aim to get closer to understanding our first person experience of narratives, such as whether we like a narrative or not.
